OMG... New versions... all the time. This will be updated soon.
Expand the sections below for each category. If you're new to commands and plugins in multiplayer minecraft you might want to start with the basics.
Okay friendo! New to commands? Or need a refresher? Here's your guide!
While in-game, press your chat key (Default "T", or "/"). Commands go in the same box as chat messages, but are prefixed with a "/".
Some commands are progression rank restricted, we'll try to help label them with their respective ranks.
(M) - Member
(M+) - Member+
(M++) - Member++
(M+++) - Member+++
Read more about our progression ranks HERE. (coming soon)
The first commands you should learn are teleportation. Pretty cool stuff. Make sure you're doing this in a calm safe place and you're not, like, about to get mauled to death by a thousand zombies before deciding you're gonna learn how to do literal magic, ummmmmkay?
In a safe spot? Like your house or base? Let's save this spot, right here, so you can come back when you need some quiet time.
/sethome <name>
Allows you to save the current location as a home location.
Each rank increase lets you save even more places.
(Replace <name> with whatever you'd like to call this place)
/home <name>
Teleport to a previously saved home location.
/homes
See a GUI list of all saved home locations.
/delhome
Delete a previously saved home location.
Nice! Now if you wander too far from home, you can always find your way back. But there's more teleportation fun to be had!
/spawn
Teleport to the server spawnpoint.
/warp <location>
Teleport to predefined "Warp Anchors".
(Leave location empty to see a GUI list instead)
/tpa <player>
Request to teleport to another player's location.
/tpaccept
Accept an incoming teleport request.
/tpdeny
Deny an incoming teleportation request and block requests from this player for a while.
ALAKAZAM! You're a straight-up wizard now, teleporting all around the place. You don't even have to worry about getting molecularly disassembled. But now, you thirst for power, yes, you want to know more magic! "More commands! More!", you may say. Well... alright then!
Next, let's talk briefly about MONEY. No no no, put away your wallet! In-game you have a digital wallet, a bank account that persists through death, where you can safely put away money for in-game trades and purchases. You can use this money to buy from the general store, repair items, and pay players.
/balance
See your balance (you can also press TAB).
/pay <player> <amount>
Send money to a player.
Example: /pay Steve 100
/worth <item>
See how much money an item is worth. Leave <item> blank to check the value of the item in your hand.
Typically the server won't add extra value for enchanted items.
/sell <all/blocks/gui/hand/same>
Sell items from your inventory.
Examples:
/sell all - sells EVERYTHING in your inventory (M)
/sell blocks - sells all BLOCKS in your inventory (M)
(These can be dangerous, be careful! Items sold this way cannot be recovered at all.)
/sell gui - opens a GUI where you can place items to be sold
/sell hand - sells the stack of items currently in your hand
/sell same - sells all items of the same type as you're holding
Cha-Ching! Hopefully you're super rich now. If not... well, you'll get there! In the meantime, more commands!
/me <message>
Sends a chat message in 3rd person. Great for jokes and/or roleplaying.
Example: /me tripped over a block and fell into a ravine.
Output: *Steve tripped over a block and fell into a ravine.
/msg <player> <message>
Sends a private chat message to a specific player.
These messages CAN be reviewed by Mods and Admins, so be sure to follow the server rules.
Example: /msg Steve Hey, can I borrow your silk touch pickaxe? I'll trade you some iron :)
/r <message>
Reply to your last, most recent private message.
Now it's time for COLORS! (M)
Starting at Member rank you can type with colors! By using & (ampersand) and the correct corresponding letter or number, you can add some color to your chat messages, signs, private messages, etc. You can find the color codes in game using the command:
/colors (M)
Lists all colors and formats with their corresponding codes.
Here's an example of how to type a message with color codes and the output that others will see.
Example: /msg Bob I'd &l&cLOVE&r to lend you my silk touch, but last time you &o"borrowed"&r something you &l&4DIED IN LAVA WITH IT! :c
Output: I'd LOVE to lend you my silk touch, but last time you "borrowed" something you DIED IN LAVA WITH IT! :c
Cool Beans. Well, now you know the basics... That's really all you need to get started. The section below has all the commands, including ones for higher ranks and moderators. While you're here you should check it out. You should also take a look at our GriefPrevention guide and our Dynamic Map.
